Executive Presence is a bit of an esoteric concept that is the ‘it’ factor successful leaders have in organizations.
Learning this concept and trying to find a methodology to work through I have found a few explanations below.

5 components/skills:
- content – not as simple of knowing your stuff – speak clearly and concisely and to the point; in the language of your target audience; having the courage to speak up in a high stake environment; find the nerve;
- interactions overall with others – builds or reduces Executive Presence
- confidence – in the value you bring to an organization; the value of your work;
- body language – is needs to be congruent with the words (and tone) coming out of your mouth
- your voice – the way in which you say things – tone of voice
