Stephen Armstrong was the founder and Bible teacher at Verse By Verse Ministry. I found his bible studies years ago and listened and learned from them often. He sadly passed away from Covid19 in January. It’s super shocking and just an awful loss to the Christian community at large as his expository teaching and preaching was a needed addition to move the kingdom forward.
